Do you handle permits for basement work?
Yes β€” we prepare permit drawings, structural calculations and zoning documentation, submit them to your municipality, and schedule every required inspection. You get copies of every approval.
How long does a typical below grade entrance take?
From permit issuance to municipal sign-off, a standard below grade entrance or side entrance project takes 3–6 weeks depending on soil, foundation type and weather. We provide a written schedule with milestone dates before work begins.
Are your crews insured?
Every job is staffed by WSIB-covered workers and our company carries full commercial liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
Will my basement need an egress window?
If you're adding a bedroom or legal sleeping area in the basement, Ontario Building Code requires a code-compliant egress opening. We can size and install one as part of your project, or integrate it with a side entrance or walkout.
What warranty do you offer?
Structural and waterproofing components carry a multi-year written warranty above the minimum required for Ontario contractors. Specific terms are spelled out in your project contract.
